Short lines between the business problem, the decision-maker and the people doing the strategy, design and build.
RIOTIV is a Canada-based independent creative agency working across web design, UI/UX, brand identity, development and digital marketing. We stay close to the problem, close to the client and close to the work.
How we work ↘We built RIOTIV for the projects where “good enough” is expensive.
When a company is entering a new market, launching a product, rebuilding its website or outgrowing the way it presents itself, design stops being decoration. It becomes part of how the business earns attention and trust.
That is where we want to work: direct conversations, senior creative involvement and enough strategic context to make the final execution genuinely specific to the company.

Short lines between the business problem, the decision-maker and the people doing the strategy, design and build.
We are not interested in making every company look vaguely premium. The goal is to find what this business can credibly own and make it clear.
A beautiful system that breaks across product pages, sales decks, social content or paid campaigns is not a system. We design for real use after launch.
RIOTIV is Canada-based and works remotely with companies across Canada, the United States and international markets. Distance should not make a project feel vague, so the process is designed around written scope, visible checkpoints and direct communication.
We first understand what you sell, who needs to choose you, what is underperforming and what the project needs to change. That keeps scope tied to a business problem instead of a list of random deliverables.
Deliverables, responsibilities, timing, review points, payment milestones and exclusions are documented before the work begins so expectations are visible on both sides.
Key decisions are reviewed in stages rather than disappearing into a black box. You can see the structure, direction and reasoning before everything is polished and expensive to change.
Reviews stay focused on the agreed goal, audience and scope. After each meaningful checkpoint, the next decision and next production step should be clear.
Final files, components, launch responsibilities and any post-launch support included in the engagement are defined in the project scope—not left ambiguous at the end.

Enough restraint to be trusted. Enough nerve to be remembered.
Tell us what needs to change, what success looks like, and where you want the business to go next.
